From idea to delivered patch
If you have never ordered custom patches before, here is exactly what happens, in order, with no jargon. There are no surprise steps and no hidden fees.

Send us your idea
Use the quote form, email us, or message on WhatsApp — whichever suits you. Attach whatever artwork you have: a logo file, a photo, a screenshot, or a sketch on paper. If you have nothing at all, just describe it in words.
The more you tell us up front — size, quantity, what it is going on, when you need it — the more accurate the first quote will be.

We quote and draw a proof
A person reads your request and comes back with a firm price plus a digital proof: a visual mock-up showing exactly how your patch will look, at the size you asked for, in the colours you chose.
Both are free and carry no obligation. If we think a different technique or size would serve you better, we will say so — including when that means a cheaper option.

You approve or ask for changes
Want the blue deeper, the letters larger, the border thinner? Tell us. We revise the proof and send it again, as many times as it takes.
Nothing goes into production until you give a clear yes. This is the moment to be picky — changes are free now and expensive once a hundred patches exist.

Payment
Once you approve the proof, we send an invoice with a secure payment link. Card, bank transfer and the usual online methods are all accepted.
You are never asked to pay before you have seen your proof and know your final price.

We make them
Production takes 7-10 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available at 3-5 business days (rush fee applies) if you are against a deadline.
Every batch is checked before it is packed. If something is not right, it does not ship.

Tracked delivery
Your patches ship with tracking, and we send you the number so you can follow the parcel yourself.
Iron-on orders include a printed application card so nobody has to guess at the temperature.
What counts as "good enough" artwork
Honestly? Almost anything. We redraw artwork for production as part of the service, at no charge. Here is roughly how much easier each one makes our life:
