For most patch types we happily take small runs, including single pieces for name patches and one-off personal projects. The per-patch price is simply higher at low quantities because the setup work is the same either way. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.

Nothing. The quote and the digital proof are both free, with no obligation to order. If you do not like the price or the proof, you can walk away owing nothing.

Usually within one business day. If your request involves unusual materials or a very large run, it can take a little longer — we would rather be accurate than fast.

Yes. On larger orders we can produce a single sample so you can see and feel the real thing before we make the full run. Ask for it on your quote request.

Yes. Rush production runs at 3-5 business days (rush fee applies) instead of the standard 7-10 business days after proof approval. A rush fee applies — we will tell you exactly what it is before you commit.

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal, but it is not required. High-resolution PNG and JPG work well, and we regularly work from screenshots and photos of hand-drawn sketches. We redraw artwork for production free of charge.

Yes. Describe what you want in the notes on the quote form and we will draw something for you to react to. Most designs go through two or three rounds before they are right, and that is completely normal.

No. Artwork setup and digitising are included. Some suppliers charge $30 to $80 for this — we do not.

As many as it takes. We keep revising the proof until you are happy. Nothing goes into production without your clear approval.

Not unless you own it or have written permission from whoever does. We cannot reproduce other people’s trademarked or copyrighted artwork. If it is your own brand, or you have permission, just say so and we will get straight to work.

Very closely, but "exactly" depends on the material. Thread comes in a fixed range of colours, so we match to the nearest one — usually indistinguishable to the eye. PVC can be Pantone matched almost perfectly. Send us your Pantone codes and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

7-10 business days after proof approval. The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you first contact us.

PVC is the toughest overall — waterproof, non-fraying and essentially weatherproof. Embroidered patches are extremely durable on clothing and survive repeated washing. Sequin is the most delicate and prefers gentle washing.

Yes. Embroidered crests and PVC bag patches can be produced together on the same order. Mention it in your notes.

If we made a mistake against your approved proof, we remake them at our cost. That is the whole point of the proof: it is the agreed reference for what you ordered.

Yes, worldwide, with tracking on every order. Shipping is quoted per destination at cost — we do not mark it up.

After you approve your proof and know your final price. We send an invoice with a secure payment link. You are never asked to pay before you have seen exactly what you are getting.

Card payments and bank transfer, through a secure payment link on your invoice. We never ask for card details by email or message — if anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.

No. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare shipments accurately, as required by law.

Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and air dry where you can. Embroidered and PVC patches are very tolerant. Sequin patches prefer hand washing and should never be tumble dried.

Never directly on top of a PVC or sequin patch — the heat will damage it. For embroidered patches, iron on the reverse side of the garment with a cloth in between.

Re-press it with firm pressure for 30 seconds through a thin cloth, then press the back of the garment too. If it keeps lifting, a few stitches around the edge will fix it permanently — this is normal for heavily worn or frequently washed items.
