PatchYours produces custom embroidered, chenille, sequin and PVC patches for teams, brands, clubs and people with an idea worth wearing.
Ordering custom patches is a strangely opaque business. Prices are quoted without explanation, setup fees appear late, and you are often asked to commit money before anyone shows you what you are actually buying. We thought that was worth fixing.
So the process here runs the other way around. You tell us what you want. We send a price and a picture of the finished patch. You change whatever you like, as many times as you like. Only when you are genuinely happy does anything get made, and only then does anything get paid.
We work with four techniques — embroidery, chenille, sequin and PVC — because between them they cover almost everything a patch needs to do, from a letterman jacket to a waterproof tactical badge. Each one has real strengths and real limits, and part of our job is steering you to the one that suits your design, even when it is the cheaper option.

We tell you when something will not work
If your design has text too small to stitch, or you are paying for chenille when embroidery would look better, we say so before you order — not after.
No fees hiding in the small print
Artwork setup, digitising and proofs are free. The price we quote is the price you pay, plus shipping at cost.
Nothing is made until you approve it
You see a digital proof and sign it off before a single stitch happens. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your file stays on record
Reorder in two years and it will match what we made today, with no new setup charge.
